I can't seem to find any info anywhere about what kind of force curves you're likely to see on the PM3 Force Curve graph.

Can anybody tell me what the "ideal" graph should look like?

Maybe a better question is this: Does the force curve graph provide useful feedback to the rower about the efficiency of their stroke technique?

Should it be like a symmetrical hill?
Should it peak as soon as humanly possible and then taper off slowly?
Should it look like a mesa?
Should the leg drive be distinguishable from when the arms and back take over?

I'm sure someone can help me out with these questions! Thank you in advance.

Abe

This is a FAQ on the forum, and on the old archived forum, so I would search away and read some of the past posts.

Here is a recent example:
Force Curve Display
