Post by [old] tboy1414 » January 12th, 2005, 3:11 pm

Hi,
I am newbie rower and i read some posts that make reference to a training manual/program and UT2 and UT1. Seems pretty confusing, but i would like to get on some kind of training program to monitor my progress, and it seems most of you think this is a good way to train. So, i was just wondering if somebody out there could point me to where i could find all this material?

thanx so much,
Tom

The UK site has a pretty good description of all that:

http://www.concept2.co.uk/training/

Go down to the Interactive Programs. They have a chart that shows what the different paces should be for you ability.

It covers a wide variety of topics related to erging and training in general. It's over 200 pages long, but well worth the download and printing.

The "newbie" thread http://concept2.ipbhost.com/index.php?s ... 114&hl= has been fairly good discussion if you're interested.

Good luck,
Mark
