I just joined. I started with the Ergo last month,20 mins on,my best distance was about 4600m.Today I did my personal best 5000m in 19:46; 1:58.6/500m.<br><br>Can anyone tell me what would be the average,given I am 48 year old male old,232lbs? I need to compare.<br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Shorttrack

Ok, sorry if this is stating the obvious, but have you checked the C2 rankings? Average time is 20:26 and you are just under the 50th percentile.<br><br><a href='http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/rankings.asp' target='_blank'>C2 rankings</a><br><br>That is pretty good too, if you just started rowing.
