I thought it might be nice for people to put down 2 rowing targets they have set them selves to aim for by the end of this year. (Wet or Dry or Both). You can then revisit this thread and tick them off when you have reached them

I will go 1st.

1st aim is to row 5000m on the Erg in 16:40.0 or under. (17:10.2 pb)
2nd aim is to row a 2000m on the Erg in 6:20.0 or under (6:24.0 pb)

I will do both (PMA)

Sir Pirate

I would like to hit 100K averaging 2:09/500M. If I accomplish this in the summer, then I would like to attempt a winter pull of the same distance at 2:05.

I am not so fast on the short stuff, but seem to have it when I need to go for a really long time.

JM

40, 5'11", 190lbs.
1) Run a marathon with 8 min miles to qualify to run in my hometown (Boston) marathon.

2) Row a 2K under 6:20 without slides. I have been 2.3, 1.8, and 3.7 seconds away in each of the last three years. I hope that some running can improve my erg times.

Cheers,

Paul Flack
