20 Spm 2k

Several in the UK compare their 30min PB to their 30min 20spm; average is ~1.13*2K.<br /><br />Why not 2K 20 spm? Result: 1.085*2K (set in 2004). <br />Good thing = minimal LA (didn't feel it until ~400m to go). <br />Bad thing = no sprinting at the end!<br /><br />Nx1K 20spm could be a good workout.<br /><br />Bonus = ranks 6 of 18 USA 60-64 LWT.
