Erging Music

What kind of music do you listen to when your are erging for long distances? and what about short? I row a 22:30 on my 6k and i am in 8th grade, i am also looking for music to motivate me so that i may do a better job on my next one.<br /><br /><br /> Thanks<br /><br />

A variety but most of the time nothing or else listen to a metronome.

When I row the only thing I listen to is the flywheel; I find it very soothing.<br /><br />Daniel

i can't listen to music... it annoys the h*** out of me.
