Ok <br /><br />I've managed to get a video of myself rowing and upload it onto zippy videos, the quality is reduced for some reason, i'll try and rectify this. <br /><br />If you fancy, have a look and let me know what you think is right/wrong. But right off the bat it appears to me that you let your hands go way down at the catch and then lift them on the way back so that the chain is bouncing. I think you should keep your hands more level throughout the stroke.<br />
