John, How Are The Slides?

Darren and Gary,<br /><br />Thanks for asking. I am using the slides a couple times a week and still getting used to them. My rowing has been finally coming back along on the erg so I'll be doing more tests on them soon. I did some sprints on the slides the last few days and am planning to post the comparison soon, hopefully tonight.<br /><br />I highly recommend getting the slides. Right now I have them set against the wall and move the car out to set them up each time I use them, which is fine for now. <br /><br />They are a bit different from the erg, and it is nice to go back and forth between them.
