Anyone know of any video's /software that simulate a row down a river, lake etc. , or that have actual outside footage of a row from a boat to help liven up workouts? I did have a link to a video at one point but lost it. The visual doesn't necessarily need to be tied to your actual performance on the C2. Night all. J

Don't forget Netathlon Fitcentric products, a feature I really love is the ability to row against a prior time of yours, and it is very accurate.

Thanks for the responses. I was looking at Netathlon. Is it a good program then? Are you able to compete against other rowers/computer generated during races?
I usually race against anywhere from 1-8 boats. You can also race against other people by uploading their file recorded from their own session. It faithfully renders the original and this I find to be one of the most interesting aspects of this software.

From a software standpoint I find all of the products out to be somewhat amateurish but you have to consider the limited market and resources that are brought into the effort. On the positive side this leaves a great deal more room for improvement.

Have you tried that combination for comparison?

Paul Flack

I didn't see the address for Rowpro in the thread, it can be found at:
http://www.digitalrowing.com/

Has anyone been able to succesfully use NetAthlon with a Model D? I can get the demo installed and configured, but it doesn't take input from the USB PM3...
