I often get that dazed and fatigued feeling right before I strap in for a 2k test. Sometimes I'm so tired that I don't feel up to warming up before a big piece. I don't know why this is.<br /><br />Are there any good meals / snacks that will get you pumped full of energy before a big event?

Nature Valley, Oat 'N Honey bar... the green package, which is original flavor... They usually work for me... Also, powerade seems to wake me up, or splash your face with water... not feeling tired before a 2k can really help performance so you should def. be awake for it.
