Hello,<br><br>Anyone else out there going into the Aussie championships ?<br><br>Am training for sub 7:00 in the mens 40-50 group.<br><br>Using 8ks @s10ps at the moment following Paul Smith Stop the madness plan.<br><br><br>Bill

I'll be there to defend my 30 - 40 lightweight title. However if there are as many entrants as there were last year (1 - me ) it shouldn't take much defending.<br>Nick
