Hi, I have received an email through the ranking site from a rower from New Zealand called Alex. His 500m PB is 1:31.6 and he is hoping to race the 500m for the 16 year old age group at the end of year Champs. Alex did not give me his email address so I can't reply - does anyone know who he is or can Alex get back in touch with his email address so I can reply.

Gidday fellow kiwis

what a cool site. I'm an out of shape fella 109 kg ! working on getting in shape. My percentage body fat is a nice thick handful round the waist, chubby cheeks and a sagging chin. Got on the Concept 2 at and paced myself for 2000m aiming to go under 8.00 min and did 7.40. I guess under 7.00 minutes is a pretty good target to aim for for a beginner?

Be seing ya's
