I thought we could have a section on here where you can put down when you are going to do a session that requires a little bit extra effort than normal. Maybe a PB attempt or a distance you have not tried before, like a Half or Full Marathon.<br><br>I will start. Tonight I will up my 10 min session and row it at 1:39 pace.
