Perhaps your coach can get a copy of it. It is called "Head of the Charles Regatta Instructional Video," "Navigation, Safety, Sportsmanship, & Tactics." It is produced by: CR Rowing Project, Inc., a not for profit charitable foundation. Address: P.O. Box 331820, Coconut Grove, Florida 33233-1820

Bob S.

P.S. I still haven't figured out how the "Head of the Charles" has gotten to be such a big deal. I had never heard of it until I got into masters' rowing 10 or 15 years ago after a 40 year absence from the sport. I was wondering how I had missed out on such a long standing tradition. Then I found out that it has no tradition at all - it has only been around 20 to 30 years - just another Johnny-come-lately regatta.
