Jerky Video

is anyone getting a smooth video feed? I'm just getting a slide show / jerky video type of experience. Audio is ok but it cuts out too.<br /><br />I tried clearing the Internet Explorer cache. Didn't help.<br />I switch to the Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer. Didn't help either.<br /><br />Maybe the internet is just too congested on a Sunday afternoon?
