Hi All,
I have been trying to erg a few more meters each week. The goal is to try a 2K indoor race in the spring. Found this site and have been logging my time in the Concept 2 online logbook. Is this an ok way to record my meters erg'd for this challenge. My kids who row are encouraging me to do it in small amounts so I don't feel overwhelmed. Please give me some info, before I give up.
Thanks
Terry

The online log book is just the right place for the challenges. I found keeping track of my meters and going for that first million to be great motivation. Keep it up.

I can also guarantee to anyone that sticks with it that the physical improvements are there for the taking as well.

regds George
