Some great races today, 30-39Hwt was a classic

For me, a very controlled 6:32.9 rowed at around 75% effort. Back held out fine. 1st Pull of 2:22 which is good at the moment, managed to get sub 2:00 pace by the 5th stroke.

Lots of great races, Well done to all that PB'd.
Massive thanks to Cran......top man

Great to of meet Ben from C2 UK aswell. Not to forget TMWTH, great as always.

C2 had big problems with the wireless race kit for the PM3 though, they got round it very well though I thought, well done guys

Sir Pirate
Must stop being lazy in 2k races....

6:18.9 in the 2k, just what was needed for second place. Should have tried for first, but after all the problems with race setup and long delays to the race my mind just wasn't in it any more.

16:55 in the 5k about 90mins later. Happy with that as it felt controlled and comfortable. Odd strokes at 1:43 during it, but mainly just 1:42 start to finish with a few harder strokes at the end.

I echo exactly what Pete said, apart from the times obviously
