Good luck on your job application! I can't imagine their not wanting you.<br /><br />BTW, I don't row on slides, though I have considered getting them. So when I do your DVD workout, the only place it really makes any difference is in the one legged rowing, right?<br /><br />Carla

Carla-<br /><br />You could certainly adapt the DVD workout to use for a static erg or, as Paul Flack suggests, use a skateboard for the free leg. However, if you have the room and can spare the dough, the slides are definitely worth it. <br /><br />Neil<br />M/LW/US/38
