My
specialist advised me that i need to lose 2 stone and some hard work on
my legs i will walk without crutches. If you can offer any advice i would
be most grateful.

many thanks Mr D J Mcnevin

email - djdavemc3@hotmail.com
icq - 55513606

p.s. can anyone suggest an achievable and enjoyable daily workout
on my rower

Dave,
I feel your pain! There isn't a simple or single answer. Recovery will require a passionate, but balanced approach that combines nutrition, strength training and cardiovascular work. Honestly; I learned this too late! FIRST RULE: DONT IGNORE GOOD NUTRITION (mustard is your friend). Low fat, moderate carbs, and all the vegetables you can eat. Feed yourself 5/6 times a day (it keeps your metabolism high). Keep a log on what you eat and your workouts.

Good Luck
Bert
