...Now we're at #5!!
I don't know if it's due to increased rowing or new members joining (or both) but either way it's great to see. Nice work gals! Keep it up!

I'm heading toward my 2nd million C2 metres. I would be stacking them up at a greater rate, except that because I'm training for a 30-K running race in late March, I've been increasing my road mileage, plus allowing some time for weight training as well.

Keep on paddling....
M.

I haven't been paying as much attention to that board like I have the JVTC stuff. I think the JVTC and the January Weight Loss Challenge has helped to get the Ducks who are members of Fowl Play to really get motivated for rowing lots of meters this January. Totally cool though, hey? That's what it's all about--all of us working together to do good things for ourselves and the group as a whole.

I wish you the best in your training and getting that second million on the C2!

--Jen

Wow. We did move up. I am going to keep rowing as I don't have another exercise. I have foot problems and the erg is perfect. Great workout without having to stand or put pressure on my feet.

Susan
