I just finished a row with a gentleman from Holland (Tom Zalmstra). I have rowed with a friend of his from Holland (Willem). We had a very nice 5000 meter 3D row and it was a good workout cardiovascularly for me. I watched the screen and actually felt like we were truely rowing down a river together. Not only have I, to my knowledge, not met anyone from Holland but I have never rowed with anyone anywhere until I purchased RowPro. I am so amazed by RowPro's capabilities. RowPro has allowed me to meet and communicate with people from all over the world as well as keeping me on the fitness track. I really think Digital Rowing aka RowPro deserves a technological advancement award! Everyone should have an erg and everyone should get RowPro! Thank you!

For me being the "only indoor rower on the African continent" Rowpro is wonderful.
I also think rowpro set the the pace as for as ciber sport goes

I also have ROW Pro

I've only rowed online once, but it was fantastic.

I wish there were some slower guys out there like myself who I could row with.

I've set up my portable computer with a wireless network right next to the erg monitor. I use Row Pro for all my workouts. The feedback is terrific.

The program takes a little time to load on the portable computer and changing from one screen to another is also a little slow, but it is worth it.

As soon as I am more confident in my ability and I can find some chaps who row at +-8:00 for a 2K, I will row online again.

I look forward to the day when there are different categories rowing online ie guys from my part of the world rowing at my pace.

Cheers

Tom

Tom, I am slow too but I set up rows for a certain amount of time....like 45 minutes....that way everyone ends at the same time. Yes, I am behind many rowers but they are understanding and encourageing. Also, we all end at the same time so I don't hold anyone up. Ron

Hei Tom,
at which times could you row? I am rowing a 2k around 8:00 (maybe a bit slower at the moment)
I used to row 19:00 GMT (on eRow) but could also row at 4:00 GMT (ma-fr) .

Regards
Christine
