Excellent guys, we will be at the toll booth before we know it.
Although John has not got us right to Yak Peak yet, we should be able to see it from here.

He will probably want to stop off and do a little rock climbing.
Here's the stats on Yak Peak.

Keep 'em coming,

Jim

How did the harvest go? I put in 25 k. today. John.

Harvest was largely uneventful this year John, and that is a good thing!! We had excessive rains throughout the growing season so our crop yields were highly variable, and I have yet to do the final tally, but I think we came through with close to an average crop. Now if we could just get commodity and fuel and fertilizer prices to get off their respective thirty year lows and all-time highs ...

25 k is a darn good day; how's your wild goose chase going?

Mark

12 k, today. Great link Jim, looks like some nice scenery on route. You are right Mark, that 25k I did on the weekend was a long row. I'm thinking of maybe, possibly (I sound real sure of myself, eh?) doing a marathon sometime in October. We're going to be getting a computer in the next couple of weeks and then Rowpro. So maybe possibly (here I go again) do the marathon as a race? I think the cold weather must be getting to my brain .

Great Rob, you put us past the toll booth.
You might want to negotiate a fare for a 7 man scull.
Its 10 dollars for a car, and I think 20 dollars per axle for trucks.

Jim

Hey guys, another 7k for ya.

Quick question just to be sure. I never used the log before signing up for this team, but now really like the idea of it. If update it for this season, (ie backdate it with all my rows from May til now) will that mess anything up with your system for measuring our row across Canada? I don't think it will, but just wanted to be sure.

Keep up the great site and photos!
GB

7k for me.

We have done 354k since leaving Victoria on September 24th.
It is 360k from Victoria to Merritt.

From the current position on Our Map to Merritt it is 16 kilometers. The more mathematically astute among you will notice we have 10k "in hand". This is like a leap year, eh. It is due to positioning error on the flags on the map. Kill the mapper.

So, in short, it's only 6k to Merritt. It is a nice long downhill!!!!!

Keep those kilometers coming.

Jim
