Congrats on all the great PBs lately. Particularly the 2ks. We all know how painful they can be. If any of you near or around 7:00 in the 2k can race online, it would be fun to set up some online races in that range of speed (over any of the distances). Most online racers seem to be a lot faster or slower than that for some reason; there is not much in the middle.

Hennie, your 10k time is just smoking, I would think you could be even faster at 2k given that 10k time, but your 500m and 1000m now seem a bit slow and out of line?

I just did a new 30 minute PB. I went from 7585@1:58.7 pace (April 05) to 8061@1:51.6 pace.

I was planning on racing online but that got hosed. So I downloaded Will Haskell's RowPro file and raced him instead. I think the longer rows and the strapless rowing I've been doing have really helped.

Thanks Will!

Jeff
