Mike has been nothing but helpful and supportive of my training using his plan, along with tens or hundreds of others. He's also answered many questions for me with personal messages, as well as here on the forum.<br /><br />I did a search on the word idiot ... the response to my search showed exactly ONE post by Mike with the word idiot in it.
