Nov. 16: 13K on the <b>erg</b> <span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:gray'> and 6K in the water!</span></span><br /><br />A rainy day here: 20 mm of rain, which could have been 20 cm of snow if it had been cooler. <br /><br />Keep on erging!

16.5 k today, which included 3 X 3000 @ 155 pace w/ 1000rest between. We had warm weather today too, icy roads with lots of sirens (mostly police and ambulances.)

Had it been her I would be selling tickets

No, I haven't tried any trigger point therapy yet.<br /><br />CT scan shows <i>"moderate to advanced degenerative changes at L4/5 and L5/S1 with spurring of the facets. Marked protrusion of L4/5 disk on the Right impinging on neural foraminae and epidural space".</i><br /><br />In hoser terms, a slipped disk, eh!<br /><br />I have just realized there is a feature on the google-earth map that allows me to display comments on the waypoints. I have added Marks 1 million meter mark to the way point he rowed and Brian's 9 million meter mark to the one he rowed.<br /><br />I will keep these to a minimum, but if there is anything extraspecial you would like added to the waypoints, just let us know here on the forum.<br /><br />Keep those kilometers coming,<br /><br />Jim
