Even leads to better health (and better training)!

I learned my lesson well in 2003.

Why bother to do a trial for the USIRT? The selection process isn't fair. It isn't based on the merit of the trails.

ranger

("Have a fast 2k")
My guess would be that the other part goes something like this: "And not be a flaming crybaby arsehole!" (should be pretty easy to change the limiting factor).
Perhaps you just got those mixed up, not even doing the first and excelling in the opposite direction for the second.

Is that what tenure teaches you?

Careful, Paul. Consecutive postings is a dangerous sign...

George, When Graham was here last summer he gave me a "New Zealand" jacket with the feather Logo. I wear it every chance I get, very proud to do so. Where are you at? Graham and Anne brought lots of literature and pics about Whakatane (sorry about the spelling, my pronounciation is probably worse) and the Bay of Plenty and we had some excellent discussion about his adventure racing all over both islands. I must say I was totally taken with the place. Can't wait to get there. Only waiting for the better half to retire so we can go during your summer. ~~~ Thanks for the encouragement on the erg racing. I appreciate that. And fyi, my training buddy was here the other day with his GPS stuff and the altitude of my house is 7682 ft. If you bump into Graham at any regattas ask him about rowing at 9200 ft., I think he enjoyed it very much. See you in Boston? live well and strong. dennis

Thomas,

Comparing with cycling is more accurate.

Both have the aid of a machine.

Neither swimming nor running have any outside mechanical aid.
