To the sides? Or backwards? If so then in which angle to vertical?

Hi
The forearms travel parallel with the chain of the handle. It is the movement of the elbow linked to the lat muscles that is the most powerful way to draw on the handle.
You can feel this when you row with one arm only. Pull on the handle as if you open a door.
All the best,
XENO

I see the name. I don't know what he is in the midst of. One freak picture does not make for world changing technique.

So, John, are you going to alter your technique to stop your elbows at your sides and bring your hands up high ?

Do you have a video of that action ? That would be really interesting to see.

Do you think his hands are up high?

They look mid chest to me, which is where mine go too, so there is need to change anything.

QUOTE

Do you have a video of that action ? That would be really interesting to see.

Yes I do.

http://look-at-it.com/ee-worldrecord.asp

http://look-at-it.com/erging/Eskild512c.rm
