My 11 year old daughter rowed over 50K in the kids challenge, but her name doesn't show up on the kids honor board. She is checked to participate in challenges in her profile. I don't know why this is. I show up on the adult challenge board.

Paul Flack

Well done to your daughter Paul.

My wife and I had our kids here for Xmas and I was so appalled by their lack of fitness that I've set them all a challenge.

The boys are 27 and 36, both lightweight and if they can break 7.20 I'll give them £100, 7.10 £200, 7.00 £300, 6.55 £400 and if they can beat me £1000.

My daughter aged 24, I've set a target of 8.00mins £100, 7.50 £200, 7.40 £300, 7.35 £400 and 7.30 £1000.

Unfortunately I think that my money is safe Still it was fun watching an array of fly and die's as they tried to blast a 2k.

The challenge is open to them forever so they can get fit then clean up, even if it takes 2 years.

I finished the Holiday Challenge by the 17th as I was hoping, but didn't quite make it to the 300 km that I thought I might do. (Had too much snow shoveling to do, 5.5 h, so didn't do the long erg I had been plannig to do.)
By finishing the HC by the 17th I also got to the 7500 m/day level for the whole 10 years that I have had my erg!
