No new cast yet Carla ...... but I have to go back to Hospital next Monday to make sure everything is okay .

Training hasn't been that much but I am trying to do a little every day and even been doing some sit ups as way of a change !!!!.It is surprizing that lugging this big body around on crutches appears to be a workout on it's own. I am still not allowed to even put my foot down. Our toilet is upstairs and my Pb for going ..doing what I have to do washing hands and getting back downstairs is just under 4 minutes ..lol

However I am off to Glasgow this weekend yep this daft mare has entered the Grand Prix .... did a bit of working out but if I just row will give me enough points to get silver in the overall series. Yep I am a sad muppet .

Hey Martin!

Haven't heard from you in a while, is everything OK or is it just too hot down there to row these days?

I'm thinking if you go ahead and do a marathon, you'll move up quite a few spots, because you'll get the 100 pts and drop your 500 score.

Give it a go?

Carla

evening guys, really pleased tonight. I've just come back from the gym and I did a PB for the 1K and also 6K, beating both times by 17 seconds and 16 seconds. Not quick compared with you guys but my fitness is certainly improving. !!!! More tomorrow.

There is a problem with my entry criteria for TAFF ATTACK. I may be born and bred in the Rhondda valley (now living in England) but I have an English wife. I know this will greatly damage my chances of joining.

If it will enhance my eligibility I am willing to increase her beatings to twice a day.

Hoping this is to your satisfaction.

Cheers

John
