I have used e-row some 20 times before with no problems. I had checked in and pressed the OK button for start. Then appeared communication problems. I had not touched the handle even. Marilyn asked me to reclick Ok. I was not able to do that. I tried to log off and come back again after waiting for a some 5 minutes. I would have been happy to join the race but did really not know what to do. I do not mind but feeling a bit ashamed after being a burden to everbody else. Has anybody any ecplanation to what probably caused such an error.

Cheers,

Arno

Hi Arno

I know Lucio had similar problems like you. He told me something about he had a new fireball but I don't know exactly what he did to solve the problem.
The worse at all was that I was watching only the PM2+ monitor. It said
I am in 3rd place and something about 10meters difference to the next
I thought the places were Lucio, You, me and Christine. The difference
of the 10 meters was increasing, I thought I was beating Christine...
At the end, I saw your boat stopped, Christine with an excellent time
and the meters the were increasing were because she was faster and faster
than me....
So a day.... I am fat, slow and old

No, no, no. Marilyn you are neither: fat, old or slow! You are not a Lwt anymore, ok, but that doesn't mean you are fat. (For me it looked like we are equal in hight and I am far from being a Lwt, that means I must be very fat
You will be fast again, when you start serious training again. Remember you have taken a break.
And you are not old. Or what do you call us over 40?

I am glad, that I am faster than I thought. It is just 11 days left to the Women Henley Regatta and I hope I can pull my share in the eight.
Yesterday I was very pleased to pull a PB over 1k. My PB was rowed almost 3 years ago, and I have been aging since then.
Today 1500m 5:54,9. It should be possible to break this 8min barrier in the 2k soon.
And then I go to Amsterdam to the European open in Desember!

Regards
Christine

Congratulations Christine!

You are more than ready for a sub 8:00min, do it so soon you can
You will feel with a lot of self-estimation for your meeting in London

I think the problem with my weight has a culpable: Anders

He told me I have too eat more frequently and after the training (10pm)
Before his advice, I was eating only one time in the day but a super big portion.
I began too eat more frequently and more big portions (ok he was meaning
I have to eat small portions), then I had holiday.
Now I stopped to 1x day again and now I need one kilo less to be LWT again

Anyway you are fat only when you feel that your legs are tight
in your jeans, if you buy a size bigger then you are not fat anymore

The results of the sprint will be online tomorrow (I hope)
I think you were the only one with reprensentative PB's Congratulations again
(Thomas): I will consider your times after 00:00GMT because you are in California
and your weekend finish at monday 2pm here.

Marilyn
