Other cool features include meal plans, etc. And - it doesn't cost anything. The only down side so far is that there is a lot of having to put meals together for calorie counts - e.g., pasta shells with marinara sauce and italian sausage requires 3 entries.....

Weight Loss/ Weight Control
I went and joined SparkPeople and like it. I tend to want to track things anyway and I find it easy to keep track of calories this way.<br /><br />They've got some great recipes also.<br /><br />
