While I have yet to tackle a HM and would definitely not define my stroke as one of "high power", the visible results have been impressive, even with my oft-interrupted training schedule. I am anticipating some good gains over the next 5 to 6 months as I should be able to get into a fairly regular routine.<br><br>Thanks!<br><br>
