In another thread regarding weight adjustments, Dwayne Adams said he weighs 215 lbs currently. Makes that match up very interesting doesn't it.

As a 42 y.o with many sports related operations to repair broken down knees etc, I am amazed at Dwayne's performances considering he's only a few months from 40. Obviously they are both genetically blessed and it will be interesting to see them BOTH reach their full potential!!<br><br>GW

Having started this thread I'm now very aware of the first stroke. I had to try to beat my 258w today and I did, 260w at the beginning of my 10k =) yeey...2watt more.. Graham look out! <br><br>

I checked my first pull last weekend - 1:38<br>I also raced 10 sec. for the first time - 67m@1:14,4; rate 54, with strongest pull - 1:11
