Laupi,

First, upload the pictures to a server. This can be a web page that you use, or any other site on the net. There are a couple of them where you can upload your personal pictures. Here is one of them.

http://photobucket.com/

Then get the web address for the picture and post it here, like this:

[ img ] post your web link [ /img ] (no spaces)

Laupi,

You should lower the monitor, and will have a better view of the movie.

Here's the view from my erg looking out at our backyard near Sacramento, California. On a nice day, I slide the doors open, put on some quiet music, and look out at the peaceful scene while rowing. Several years ago we decided to build a workout room rather than get a new car. In the room are a bike, treadmill, NordicTrak, weight bench, etc. My wife and I use it almost every day. Building that room was one of the wiser decisions we've made.

This is what I see when I look to the left. In front and just a little to the side there is a TV with a DVD player. Straight ahead I have a large mirror. I follow Xeno's instructions and check for symmetry in the mirror when erging. Until I started rowing on water I didn't realize how important it is to stay symmetric and keep the back straight. Dang, if you drop a shoulder even a millimeter while rowing on water the shell rocks and rolls and all kinds of terrible things can happen. So most of the time I'm looking at the mirror or the TV watching one of Xeno's DVD's.

Byron

When i should make a picture from the chair of my erg you would see three bikes with sweating, or chatting colleage's. Colleage's looking at me with pity on their faces or angry faces. Pity, because they look at my red head and soaking wet tshirt or angry because the fan of the erg blows to much in their faces when i do my intervalls, 5 x 500 m.

So not very interesting or motivating.....
