Benton started the 100k off and pulled 1:05. He hit 1:05 quite a few times during the 100k but failing that, he was 1:06 to 1:08 on every single rotation.<br /><br />Jon<br />

It was my camera phone <br /><br />I did use my digi camera as well but I didn't want to post massive pics on the forum.<br /><br />I do have 100 watt lightbulbs in my flat you know even if the pic doesn't do it justice!

Hi Ben,<br /><br />They did move the slide a bit, but not much. About 1/4 to 1/2 slide max. Sprinting in such short bursts of 100m or less require a totally different rowing style compared to if you were rowing a 2k for example.<br /><br />I think Benton was generally at rate 55 or so, while Graham Kirk (guy with shaved head) favored a much shorter slide (almost none) and rated around 70spm on his goes, but hit 1:09's and 1:10's on many of his goes.
