My splits pretty much tell my story. Was feeling great during my warm-up and for the first 3k. Though too fast for my projected 1:56.5. Then boom felt tired all of a sudden. And mentally I let it go. Only sped up the last 1k because I realized I could still PB and did by 4.5sec. Too many holiday challenge meters and too much running.

CODE

500 1:57.8
1000 1:55.7
1500 1:56 3
2000 1:55.8
2500 1:55.8
3000 1:56.1
3500 1:57.4
4000 1:59.9
4500 2:01.4
5000 2:03.6
5500 1:57.2
6000 1:55.8

Mark Thanks again for all your effort in putting on a great race. For me it was more a mental effort than phisical. I wanted to quit at 2000. I guess I was tired. Andy you keep getting alot faster every week. Actualy everybody is getting faster. Cees I didnt evan see you until you were flying past us. I am traveling next week so I guess I will get a little rest . Steve
