I'm looking at 6:50 in the next couple of months. I have a 3K race on 14th Jan.

Always nice <br />Good luck with your 3k. aiming for a 1.47 split I think. I wouldn't go of to hard though. make the last k the fastest.

You guys should include your ages with these descriptions. I'm 66 and expect to be beat by younger guys but not in my age group...maybe
