I'm down at the coast for me summer holliday I thought I'm going to make use of the sea level training to do same good pieces( I know that John Rupp will have something to say about this, but then we all know JR ).I started of with a 30 min piece and manage to do 8932m(1:40.7/500m).It's some kind of a PB.I previousely went a little further but that was when I was buzzy doing a 10k(spilts were 1:40.4/500) that time(10k time was 33:28)also at sea level<br />I went through 6k in 20:03.5 and that is a SB. Hope to do a good 1h session and perhaps a HM<br />Well done Hennie on you PB for the FM<br />PS<br />Nice to be able to verify this with the PM3 code sisterm<br />

PB for me today: <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:blue'>HM in 1:22:12.6 </span></span> <br />and on the way <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:blue'>15503 m in the first hour</span></span>.
