It and my FM are the only one's I've not done since making LWT. My 500m time is also not as good as it could be.

Tomorrow I'll, probably, do a 20' w/u, then a 6K.

What about the Shredded Wheat??

Please take a video!

I thougt you were dutch.
Like Hennie said, there's enought room for improvement. You're big and heavy enough to go real soon sub 7 on 2K!
Go for it!

By the way, put your age in your signature please.

New 10K PB 36.13.9 beat my old PB by 7 seconds.

Not quite sure how I managed this. I've been doing more cross training to get ready for my Black Belt test this coming Saturday so I haven't been on the erg nearly as much. I think I'm a little stronger and raised my df some. Maybe that was it....

Anyway, I'm very happy with this. Not quite up to Hennie's standard but not bad for LWT.

Sub 36 may be a possibility after all.....

Jeff

A small PB improvement ...

30 minutes = 7,285

... from 7,246

Wanted to go farther and faster ... the mind was willing but the body was weak. Oh well, better than going backward.

-- Mark
