Hey guys,<br />My first time posting and I just started rowing a month ago. My personal bests are<br /><br />2k: 7:36.2 @ 1:54.1/500m<br />30min: 7367m @ 2:02.8/500m<br /><br />Today it was my 22nd time I climbed on the Concept2 <br />cheers<br />

New 10K PB 36.13.9 beat my old PB by 7 seconds. <br /><br />Not quite sure how I managed this. I've been doing more cross training to get ready for my Black Belt test this coming Saturday so I haven't been on the erg nearly as much. I think I'm a little stronger and raised my df some. Maybe that was it....<br /><br />Anyway, I'm very happy with this. Not quite up to Hennie's standard but not bad for LWT. <br /><br />Sub 36 may be a possibility after all.....<br /><br />Jeff

Just returned from San Sebastián.<br />Not a rowing PB,but a running one:<br />3:30,04 for the full marathon (it was my first one) Scheduled was 3:30!!<br />Now I have things hurting that I didn't even know they existed!<br />I am VERY exhausted (cold 6ºC, raining heavily for about half of the distance, and windy (always against the wind!!)<br />Hope I recover OK for Amsterdam december 10th!<br />I feel quite satisfied and now go to sleep!
