You are ranking quite high considering you started just a little while ago. You have good reason to be pleased with your progress. Your stroke rate is not excessively high either; I think that is a good thing, especially in the early stages.<br /><br />Mark

thanks mark,<br />i AM pleased with my progress and i hope that sharing those rankings will be encouraging to other newbies - not they they are stunning, but more for the fact of the improvement from my starting point under 3 months ago. <br /><br />as i said, i wouldn't have pushed myself so much if it hadn't been for the good folks on these forums. compared to the advice i got (or didn't get, more to the point) in my gym, this is in a completely different league. <br />jane
