(I rowed my 2k PB at 28 spm, yesterday I remember seeing 48 spm on the display... )<br /><br />Hennie: if your erg isn't fixed to the ground, ask someone to hold it during your 500m, or you'll row through right the wall, and will have to find a new place for your C2-certificates!

(I've been rowing an awful lot as training for BIRC).<br /><br />I normally have two shredded wheat for breakfast (or porridge, Shreddies or Rice Crispies). I've been sweetening it with honey.<br /><br />Non-Brits are welcome on the <a href='http://www.concept2.co.uk/forum' target='_blank'>http://www.concept2.co.uk/forum</a>, so there's no reason why you can't join in our mad-cap challenges. <br /><br />You can't do the Shredded Wheat challenge with Weetabix - that would be like using an Artemis V-Fit rower for a Concept2 event.
