I'm tempted to throw out the scale at this point. I've lost several inches off my waist plus some off my hips and thighs. I feel better; my clothes fit better; people ar noticing the "weight loss." In reality, the weight hasn't changed at all.</span>

Progress Update:<br /><br />Gained .2 lbs. Let this be a lesson to those of you who chose to play poker, drink beer and slam sushi all weekend instead of rowing! 196.8/178/150.<br /><br />Back on the wagon!
