Error Message 240-02

finished a 10 mile piece today and when i was done i saw this error come up, 240-02 and it told me to write it down and call concept 2 for help. it saved my piece to my card (i have a pm3) and shut off. I can't turn it back on, by pushing the on button or pulling the handle.<br /><br />Could it be that my batteries are out? i have about 850K meters on there.

changed my batteries and it worked! everythings back!
