Another 10k this afternoon at 30 spm , did the first 4k fast-ish and paddled in at 1.58's. just getting used to rating high again.<br><br>25k today + 1 hour bike and 20 mins stepper @250 watts<br><br>Matt, nice pb. <br><br>Toddy that's some pyramid mate!!<br><br>Carole, have you tried a skateboard , it may be better. Or a train on a track with your foot in a carraige, a good's carraige obviously

My handle has worn out and split on the left hand side. <br><br>Concept2 are replacing it free of charge. So i may auction the old handle on E-Bay signed by the famous Rocket Roy, all proceeds to go to the Tsnuami appeal.<br><br>Anyone know how to put it on e-bay?
