Improved my 30@20 by 2 metres to 7628. Quite pleasing as last weekend I only just managed to get over 7200. A good weeks training and a bit of focus helped.

But I'm going to wait another 4 weeks and then shoot for 7:24. (Baby steps, baby steps.) Hopefully I can do a little better like tonight. (Was obviously shooting for 1:52 or 7:28). By that time, I expect you to be around/under 7:21. Maybe by the end of this year we can both be sub-7:00. Wouldn't that be a hoot!!

Regards,
Jeff
