I have my own C2 erg and am already familiar with cleaning the erg, yet your reply fails to answer any of my questions.

Try looking on the C2 site for the pdf downloads. There is probably something there. I also think you can order a technique poster from them.<br><br>Good luck,<br><br>Neil

If you go to the C2 Home page, scroll down the left side and access the PDF files, they have complete cleaning directions, you can print out also....to post at "Y" and if you log into the shopping area/products...you can go to the bottom and see literature/books, they have technique stuff there....also if you go to "technique" on the left side menu bar, you can print that page, it's the one with the moving technique video at top and written directions following...hope this helps....the C2 site had EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know...however, they probably wont supply FREE new handles to the "Y"
