New 60 min PB 16,464m at 26 spm and df 120.

Increase of only 98m from previous but getting to 16,500m is hard!

Last distance PB for a while. Time to start working at the shorter distances to get 2k time below 6:40.

Neil

5k 19:37.1

Watts - 214.3
Drag Factor - 120ish
Strapless, 10 metres per stroke

I love strapless for the longer distances except for the last 200 metres where it would be nice to have something to help cheat on the recovery for a better sprint home.

I actually am having a very hard time remembering if it was 19:37.1 or 19:37.7 - anyone know how I could figure out based on my watts (214.3) which I'm certain about?

It was my first 6k, so I guess it defaults as a PB. For me, anyways, finishing it was the real challenge!

27:37

Off to stretch some more...
