hi
i'm a 16 years old, 85 kg and 6'5' German boy
in germany you can't do rowing at you high school, but only in a club tc.
But I get out off my rowing club, because school takes too much time.
So I'v got my own Model D modell at home and do rowing like a hoby 2-3 times a week,
I havn't done a 2k yet, but 500m sprints and 1k's . Now I'm wondering which split i sholud row at my 2k test planned next week.
my 500m time is 1:32:6
1000m 3:23.3

So maybe based on your experience you can suggest some times..
Thanks Max.el

TOGACREW::

So, we [winter park] had a scrimmage with you guys today...
My boat (frosh 8) raced your third 8 twice...
Happy to say we won both by several boat lengths, with a rating cap.
It was fun finally racing against someone other than a winter park boat.

Hope to see you guys again.
