I was just curious how fast other high schoolers were on the erg. What's your 2K time, your age, your grade, your height, your weight, and who do you row for? I'm 15 and a freshaman who weighs 149 pounds (67.73 kg) and is 6'. I row for Saratoga in ny and have yet to do a 2k this season. Our first test is on Wednesday and I'll post the results when they come.

I'm very competitive and I was curious to see where other teams were at.

I'm 15 and will be 16 in May, 10th grade, 2nd year of rowing, 6ft , 165 lbs and row for Chaminade HS (were up by you guys ALL the time). My best 2k to date is 7:00.1, but I think currently I could probably get below 6:55. We'll be seeing you guys in spring @ NY States (good luck).

Where do you fellows row? At Aquatic Park?, the Alameda Estuary?, the reservoir (I forget the name) in the N. Berkeley hills?, or ....? My brother and sister graduated from BHS, but that was 75 years ago. We moved after that, so I didn't go there. The only HS rowing in the Bay Area in those days was in SF in whale boats.

Bob S.

I'm 16 and like pretty much everyone else 6'0'' and around 74/75kg on a bad day. I suppose I'm not in the US so this isn't all that relevant but.... My 2k pb is a 6.38 and I've had a complete nosedive in form and my last 2k with flu was a 6.53. Got a 2k this sunday at a regional competition and aiming sub 6.40 as per usual but I doubt it'll materialise

Congrats on the 2k CSabour!
