hi, a little while ago i posted a topic ("super lightweight!") wondering what people thought that i could pull for a 2k (knowing how subjective this is!) Just to update i`m doing lots of long distance ergos, and my 5k P.B. is now at 20:08.9 - Average split 2:00.9/500m (as of last night!) i`m still at the same weight too 60kgs!

How much lower do people`s average splits for 2k tend to be compared to for a 5k piece?

Cheers
Tom

I'm a lwt JR girl, but we do 6ks. My 6k split is 2:11, and my 2k is 2:01, so I'd say 8s sounds about right for a 5k. Especially if you're in better shape than I am
